1 We welcomed only nine members to the meeting, including Chris & Roy following her bout of Covid. It was agreed by those present that in the future if a Regional meeting date fell on a Bank Holiday that monthly meeting would not be held. Any urgent business would in that event be dealt with by email.

3 Barry advised that the 2023 British Treffen would be held at Uttoxeter Racecourse on August Bank Holiday weekend. Pre Inscription Forms and flyer now available on the GWOCGB Website.
4 The 2023 GWOCGB AGM will take place on Sunday 23 April, 2023 at 1100. The venue is the Bromsgrove Hotel and Spa, Birmingham Road, Bromsgrove. Transport from the Region will be available for those that wish to attend. Contact Barry for more information.

6 An Emergency First Aid Course has now been booked for Thursday 16 November, 2023 from 0930 to 1630 at Dinas Powys. Definite names please and full details from Barry.
7 The South Wales Classic Car Club Show at Cardiff City Football Stadium will take place on Sunday, 14 May, 2023 from 1100 until 1600. Those attending, please meet ASDA Car Park, Capital Retail Park, Leckwith Road, Cardiff, CF11 8AZ at 0945, we need to be onsite at 1000.

9 A visit has been organised to attend the Dutch Treffen at De Steeg, travelling Dover to Calais via Euro Tunnel out on Wednesday, 24 May, 2023, meet Magor Services M4 at 0630, back Bank Holiday Monday 29 May, 2023. So far we have ten going.

b. As requested, Roger has investigated the possible restart of Ten Pin Bowling at Nantgarw (Parc, Nantgarw, Treforest Industrial Estate, Cardiff CF15 7QX). The 50% discounted cost is £6.60 per person for two games meeting at 1930 for a 2000 start. If agreed, first date will be Tuesday, 16 May, 2023.
