5 2024 Dates for a Show with Merthyr Scooter Club at the Labour Club, Merthyr Tydfil have been provided, watch this space for a precise Saturday date.
6 GWOCGB Membership fees are now overdue, most of you have renewed but some are still outstanding. Please remember £28 single, £35 Joint. Having not paid by 1 March, 2024 you are not in the GWOCGB Help Guide, which is now available on the Website.
7 The Treffen Pre Inscription form is also available on the GWOCGB Website. It is £50 per person for Rutland Showground.
8 We have received an advert to go to the Kickback Custom/Classic Motorcycle Show on Saturday/Sunday 13/14 April, 2024 – 1130 to 1730 at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern. Tickets £15 each. For those interested, please meet at Abergavenny Bus Station on Saturday 13 April, 2024 at 1000.
9 Several South Walians are planning to go to the Dutch Treffen at De Steeg from 15 to 20 May, 2024. Travelling to Harwich, boarding the overnight Ferry to Hook of Holland, then only ninety miles from the Treffen site. Any further interest?
10 We will be accepting the invitation to attend the Classic Vehicle Show at Panteg House, Griffithstown on Saturday 18 May, 2024 from 1000 to 1700. If you were not at the meeting and would like to attend, please let me know urgently.
11 The Vale of Glamorgan Classic Car Show will take place on Bank Holiday Monday 27 May, 2024 at Sully. 1000 to 1700. Our application forms will be sent to the organisers next week. If you have not completed a form and wish to attend, please let me know urgently.
12 Further invitation to attend the Field of Dreams Classic Vehicle Show on Sunday 2 June, 2024 at Swansea. If you were not at the meeting and still wish to attend, please let me know urgently.
13 We have not accepted the invitation to attend the Prescott Bike Festival at Gotherington, Gloucestershire on Sunday 23 June, 2024, 0830 to 1700.
14 Data from the Vale Food Bank yearly and monthly reports were shared with the meeting. Unfortunately, Unilever Foods are still not providing us with Pot Noodles. Hopefully, Roger’s badgering of them will bring some satisfactory results soonest.
15 The first introductory meeting with Caerphilly RFC concerning our Wing Ding will take place on Friday 15 March, 2024, Malcolm, Roger and Barry will attend.
16 Sponsorship is required for our Wing Ding, please let me know if you know of anyone who might be interested.
17 We will also be looking for any donations for our Wing Ding Supplies, a list will be available at the next meeting.
