1 We welcomed twenty members to the meeting. It was particularly good to see past member Craig and new members Gareth and Tina at the meeting. We also welcomed Roy, back from illness
2 Apologies had been received from Bill & Pinky, Bob & Sonja, Phil & Joy, Nigel & Sarah, Jeff & June, Dave W, Brian, Steve, Les and Harry.
3 Malcolm made an announcement concerning Eddie & Sue Hawkins and Ray & Lynette Pryor. Both couples had decided to leave the Club due to concerns relating to what they deemed to be a lack of communication from the Officers. Whilst this claim was rejected, they had still decided to leave which was unfortunate after their many years of service. Their departure was also rather untimely with the South Wales Wing Ding being only three days away. In any event, the Wing Ding would continue.

5 The Vale Foodbank Monthly newsletter for July has been received. No appeal for food items this month as Wing Ding Supplies was a priority. Monthly appeal shows various items for our August meeting.
6 South Wales Fire & Rescue Services intend to arrange a free Biker Down three-hour course. Any more names to Barry please.
7 The 2026 South Wales Wing Ding is taking place from 14 to 19 July, 2026 at Caerphilly RFC. Food now by Myra offering breakfast baps and Mini breakfasts only. Has anyone got a gas-powered Bar-B-Q to loan, if so please contact the Officers.
8 Various Items needed for the Wing Ding? Supplies, raffle prizes, donations. Please bring your donations to Caerphilly when we meet. Thank you for the donations received to date.
9 Without our usual vans we have contracted Man with Vans who will be loading his Van with our container equipment on Tuesday 14 July at 1000. Please meet at Motomec (Aberdare) Limited, Park View Terrace, Abercwmboi, Aberdare, CF44 6AA.
10 Unloading equipment on Tuesday at Caerphilly RFC, Maddox Stadium, Virginia Close, Caerphilly, CF83 3JA at about 12 noon.
11 Some members will be stopping overnight at rugby club for security purposes.
12 Setting up Caerphilly RFC site on Wednesday 15 July from 1000. Plenty of help needed.
13 Our guests will start to arrive late Wednesday or Thursday.
14 Dismantling Caerphilly site on Sunday from 1100 and loading van.
15 Reloading container equipment from van at Motomec on Monday 20 July from 1000.
16 We have an invitation to attend the Swansea Motorcycle Show on Sunday 6 September, 2026 1000 to 1500 at the Swansea Bus Museum, SA1 7DA. Names to Barry please.
